Shipping & returns

Delivery

• Free delivery on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
• Cash on delivery. You pay in cash when the parcel reaches your door. No advance payment needed.
• Delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Our team confirms every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, so keep your number switched on.

Order confirmation

After you place an order we send a confirmation and, if needed, call or message you to confirm your address. If we cannot reach you within a couple of days, the order may be paused until we hear back.

Returns and exchange

• We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the day you receive your order.
• If a product arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, we will replace it at no cost to you.
• To be eligible, the product should be unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived damaged.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@nazzuk.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Since orders are cash on delivery, most issues are solved with a replacement or exchange. Where a refund applies, we will arrange it with you directly.
