Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number, and address with the courier company only so they can deliver your order. We use trusted service providers to store order data and to send us order notifications. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Reviews you write

After your order is delivered we may send you a private link to write a review. Writing one is entirely your choice, and choosing not to changes nothing about your order or any future one.

• What is published: your star rating, what you wrote, the date, and the display name you chose on the form. Your city appears only if you tick the box asking for it.
• What is never published: your full name, your phone number, your address, and your order number.
• Before it appears: we read every review first. We reject only spam, abuse, personal information, content that is not about the product, or medical claims we cannot stand behind. We do not reject a review for being critical.
• Changing your mind: email or message us and we will remove your review. You do not have to give a reason.

Cookies and analytics

How long we keep it
